The Blue Force Gear Small Admin Pouch is designed to hold smaller, everyday items such as small spiral notebook, Chemlights, flashlights, multitools, or other essentials at hand and easily accessible.  Elastic loops sewn to the back panel help keep contents organized, everything from pens and sharpies, to knives, lights, and other similar sized items. The hook and loop flap gives quick access to the contents and features a ball detail making the pouch easy to access with gloved hands or in cold, wet, or dark environments.  The lid is made from durable and hard wearing ULTRAcomp and has a large loop fields for nametapes, IFF, flags, or other patches. 

The Small Admin Pouch has a smaller MOLLE footprint than the standard Admin Pouch. The quick access top loading design would make a great micro trauma kit, E&E, or general survival pouch. 

The Ball Loaded Index Point, or BLIP for short, is an enhancement in the pouch lid that allows for positive grip with cold, wet, gloved hands, or for use in the dark.  A small nitrile rubber ball is sewn into the pouch lid which saves weight over traditional lid tabs but provides a mechanical interference between the fingers allowing for consistent pouch opening in adverse conditions.
